Red Roof Inn Albany Airport

I was deeply pleased soon as I walked into my room. It was extremely clean and I can tell they take pride in cleanliness. Friendly front desk staff with patience and understanding. I will be extending my stay for sure! Great location as well. Tons of places to eat near by.

I stay at the Albany NY property. Great value. Wonderful staff. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful. It’s a real value. Would recommend it if you’re looking for a no frills stay with a great staff and economic choice. Thumbs up

Staff was great and the location was awesome. The beds were comfy. The only thing I would say is that cleaning needed to be done more. I take my shoes off when I get to relax and my white socks were filthy from walking around the room. The hotel was still good, as you get what you pay for.

My stay has been better the expected. The rooms are clean and a good size. It quiet for the most part. It can get rather busy on the weekends but that's to be expected for such a good price. My dog, who stays free here, loves chasing rabbits in the large area provided for him. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is always a fresh pot of coffee in the lobby. I visit for a cup every morning. I would definitely recommend this Red Roof Inn to anyone needing a good budget-friendly, and pet-friendly place to stay.

Stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Albany, NY while my truck was in the shop overnight at Volvo Gabrielli Truck Sales and Service. Fellow truck drivers, I would not recommend attempting to bring a truck and trailer here. Bobtail would be fine, but the property clearly has signage stating no semis. You might want to call ahead if you’re unsure. In dry conditions and with no traffic, it could maybe be done in a pinch, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you had no other option. For $57 a night, it’s hard to beat the value. Early check in around 2:30 pm was allowed, which helped a lot. The built in heaters worked great and kept the room warm despite freezing temperatures outside. I didn’t need to run the AC at all. The vending area is secured with key access, which I appreciated. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance guy was great. He noticed the TV wasn’t connected and came in on his own to fix it. I stayed in room 240 and it was very quiet. No noise issues at all, even being near the airport. The room was clean with no bugs, and the shower had above average water pressure. Location is close to the airport and restaurants are within walking distance. No ice cream spots nearby, but Uber Eats worked fine. The only real downside was plumbing. The sink and shower both drained slowly, and the shower water pooled up around my ankles. Not a deal breaker, but something management should address. Overall, clean, warm, quiet, friendly staff, and a solid night’s rest while my truck was being repaired. I’d stay here again for the price.

I stayed at Redroof several times. Everyone is super nice. The manager at this location goes above and beyond to accommodate you. She's the best. Everyone from the lobby to housekeeping is super nice. The room is very clean, the beds are comfy. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. It's quiet here. I also love the rewards program. I have stayed at other hotels, but keep coming back here. Keep up the good work.

I would say I was impressed how clean and nice the room looked compared to other motels on this strip they are strict with smoking in your room so I had to go out to my car to smoke which wasn't bad parking was available right infront of my room I do like that officers patrol the lot often they also have room service and if not room service theres lots of places to choose from nearby

The room was exceptionally clean. Room had a pleasant smell. The clerk in the lobby was kind, polite and helpful. Perfect place to relax for the night.
